Outgoing…and incoming

Fans’ delight when Smallville was renewed for an incredible eighth season was tempered when they learned that the show’s creators, executive producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, wouldn’t be returning. In the latest issue of Smallville Magazine, we catch up with Al Gough to look back over seven incredible years. Todd Slavkin, meanwhile, is now one of the four show runners for season 8 of Smallville. He tells us how he gained a new perspective on the show during the seventh year.

Before & After: Lois Lane

Lois Lane arrived in SMALLVILLE at the start of season 4 to investigate the apparent death of her cousin CHLOE SULLIVAN, who had been like a sister to her. After making several guest appearances in that season, Lois became a permanent fixture in Smallville from season five. In the new issue of Smallville Magazine, we take a close look at her journey on the show – find out what makes this talented reporter in training tick, and why she might just be the one for CLARK KENT!
